Intended Use of the Application

The system’s use is to automatically scan finished product pallets during their dispatch and to have full control over the loading process.

Utilizing our system visibly shortens the forwarding trade process from the finished goods warehouse to clients. It also improves the effectiveness of using container ramps and practically eliminates pallet dispatch errors.

System is based on modern devices that read the pallet labels during their transit through container ramps.

The system can continuously verify the read codes in an external warehouse program, and the warehouse worker will immediately receive visual information about any loading errors.

This approach to the forwarding trade process makes it so that the system always displays the current state of the load on the cart. There is no need to stop the lading process to manually scan the pallet label and confirm compliance with lading order.

Via the elimination of pallet sending errors the Ramps 4.0 system effectively lowers logistic costs of finished goods – the cost of recalling wrongly sent pallets and resending those which never reached their targets is removed.

Our system is easily scalable. One application can work in parallel on many ramps, visualization posts and mobile scanners while being managed using a central management system.
